Hellacious Movies Movie Review : BRAVEHEART is my second favorite movie from Director Mel Gibson!
The first being APOCALYPTO! And like APOCALYPTO , BRAVEHEART is riddled with action, passion, thrills,
chills and spills! I know of no other Director that can mesmerize his audiences on such a grand scale! Seriously his
movies feel like the latest greatest roller coaster ride with peeps lined up for miles waiting for that adrenaline
rush that is Mel Gibson! He has the power to invoke great emotion on the silver screen and from his audiences!
William Wallace (Mel Gibson) was a common man filled with honor, integrity, and a great love of his country
and countrymen, so much so he was willing to lay down his life to secure his fellow Scots their Freedom! With
unbridled passion and patriotism he was able to unite and lead multitudes of scottish clans as one army! I was
inclined to don a kilt and paint my face blue several times throughout this magnificent Epic! There is not a man,
woman or child in the world that could not relate to BRAVEHEARTS cry for FREEDOM!
