Clint Eastwood movie CHANGELING : The true story of Christine Collins (Angelina Jolie) fight to
find her son. After 5 months have passed the police announce that they have found her son however
when she meets him at the train she realizes that he is not her son. The police continue to insist the
boy is her son but she fights them tooth and nail demanding that they continue to search for her son.
Hellacious Movies Movie Review : True life is stranger than fiction sometimes! What this woman
went through is unbelievable. My one and only complaint is that it was all about Christine
Collins. Her suffering, her plight, her determination to do everything that she could to find
her son. If it were up to me I would have focused more on the heinous crimes committed
against these children. I would have made their murders up close and personal to the audience.
I feel focusing on the pain and suffering of the mother diluted the depth of horror and depravity
that these children faced! I would have wanted to give the children a voice to tell their story of
pain and suffering. A personal story about them and their ordeal that no one would ever forget!
Do not get me wrong this is a great movie! I just believe it could have been so much more!
