Hellacious Movies Movie Review : I believe the biggest hurdle for THE VILLAGE to overcome
was the way it was presented as a horror film in their promotions! Never ever promise horror to
horror fans and then give them puppies and kittens! I avoided that faux pas in my movie synopsis
altogether! This is a story about people, about secrets, about parents whom want to protect their
children from all of the dangers of the outside world! It is more of a cerebral movie than anything
else! Watch it with an open heart and mind and it will leave you with something meaty to chew on!
